Well, yesterday was my first weekday without a Verizon call in at least 2 weeks. There was a mysterious "unknown number" call right around dinnertime, but maybe some progress is finally being made! I have to say, when the number showed up on Monday after making an online request, changing my phone message to berate them, and even removing my number from the account information I was really losing hope...
